Please note: These are estimates and do vary, although most items ship sooner rather than than later. Orders of two or more items may not arrive at the same time, or by the same delivery service. Most items are shipped direct from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx. Certain rugs ship from our store in MA.
Oversize items may be shipped through a freight trucking company. These oversize shipments are typically only curbside or garage/entry door delivery, at the sole discretion of the freight carrier. Unless the customer requests Signature Required service at the time of the order placement, a signature is not necessary to receive your items. If the location is a high risk area, or the value of the item is considerable, the shipper may request a signature at the time of delivery, and they will email you this information if applicable. Free Return Shipping with Exchange*:
We are currently offering a promotion for free return shipping on a applicable rug of $2500 or more, with an exchange purchase of an equal or greater value item. For your convenience, we will send a pre-addressed call tag to pick up the rug to be exchanged. Please note: If the replacement item is also returned, the shipping on both items will be at the customers cost; which includes the original shipping fees incurred by Rugs101. Sample sizes (2x3 to 5x7) can also be returned at no cost when a replacement is ordered in the amount of $2500 or more. Oversize rugs 8' wide or larger do not qualify for the promotion. This a one-time offer, per customer.
International Duties & Taxes:
Rugs 101 pricing and shipping fees do not include international duties and taxes. Any charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely between countries. The rates are determined by the customs brokers for each country and paid by recipient upon arrival of goods. Rugs 101 can estimate what these fees may be but is not liable for any import duties or taxes. Please Google your estimated costs on a reliable cost calculator. Please note returns are not accepted for orders shipped internationally.
